Stag Party Quad Biking Reviews

After popping the question to my girlfriend I was more worried about the stag do than the wedding, and if you'd met any of my mates you'd understand why! I put one of my most organised mates in charge of sorting the stag party, and thankfully he didn't disappoint. As well as sorting out a big night out he booked a 2 hour quad biking experience to keep us busy beforehand.

When he told me he'd booked a quad biking experience it wasn't exactly what I had in mind when I'd been promised a dirty weekend away with the lads, but for the sake of my marriage that's probably a good thing! We'd all been quad biking before on a lads holiday, so we were all well up for giving it another go on home soil.

Once we'd all arrived at the quad centre we signed in and got changed into our overalls ready to get our quad biking experience under way. In total there were 12 of us in our group, and even though there were other people booked in on the day our group headed out on our own. The quad bikes were a lot more powerful than I remembered, and whether it's your first quad biking experience or not the warm up really helps you get used to handling them.

Our trek was follow the leader style with an instructor at the front leading the way, and another at the back to make sure no one was struggling. It wasn't exactly a quiet crawl through the countryside though, and the instructors took us on some of the muddiest routes they could find. As we worked our way through the countryside we had to negotiate everything from hills to ditches, and we even waded through a stream at one point.

By the time we'd finished our 2 hour trek we were absolutely caked in mud, but the boys absolutely loved it. My stag was definitely one of the filthiest I've ever been on, but that definitely wasn't a bad thing and made the day even more memorable.
